Todd Sampson and National Science Week

Todd Sampson, CEO of Leo Burnett Australia, TV personality and presenter of Redesign My Brain is appearing in our National Science Week TV Community Service Announcement this year.

The CSA was produced by Mediaheads and we think it looks great. We hope that you agree.

We also got Todd to record a couple of Public Information Messages that will be played on radio:

While we were shooting and recording those, we also did a short interview with Todd about what he likes about science.

As Todd says, he’s studied science (he has a degree in biology from Queens University in Canada), and he’s passionate about the importance of science to our everyday lives.

As well as Todd’s business and media careers, he’s also an accomplished science communicator, and last year’s three-part series, Redesign My Brain, was a ratings winner. Todd was both the host and the guinea pig in the show, and he’s about to start filming the second series.

Todd generously donated his time and energy to appear in our CSA, and we’re very thankful that he agreed to be involved and to be a National Science Week Ambassador.
