Exploring the Wonders of Science: A Recap of Our Exciting Science Week!
This week, our centre was alive with excitement as we explored the wonders of science through engaging hands-on activities! From our tiny nursery explorers to curious toddlers and kinder children, everyone participated in fascinating experiments.
Nursery Room: Light and Sensory Magic
Our youngest scientists explored the world of light and sensory experiences. They played with glowing lights, watched rain clouds form, and marvelled at colourful water droplets.
Toddler Room: Colourful Rain Clouds and Sensory Fun
The toddlers were captivated by rain cloud experiments, where colourful droplets created mini rainbows. Sensory exploration and colours made science feel like pure magic.
Kinder Room: Big Ideas and Cool Experiments
Our older children dove into a range of exciting science topics, from exploring seeds and growing plants from cuttings to discovering glowing germs and mixing colourful chemicals. They also bent light to create rainbows, powered a balloon car, learned about the water cycle, studied endangered species, and grew their own crystals. Through games and activities, they explored constellations, bugs, and some of the most unique creatures in the animal kingdom.
Science Week was a blast, and every child became a little scientist, eager for more adventures next year!
